The test providers used by are CappFinity and SHL. Based on the 2024 cycle, you'll receive an assessment invitation within 1-2 weeks of applying, with 5-7 days to complete it. The tests are taken remotely at your convenience and most must be completed in one sitting under timed conditions.

Approximately 60-70% of candidates are filtered out at this stage. You're ranked against other applicants, and only top performers progress to interviews. Familiarity with Deloitte's specific test formats is key to standing out.
