When you apply for a partnership, you'll have the option to choose if you want to partner with us for spring weeks, summer internships, or both. Depending on your choice, you'll be given a promo code for either doored Spring, doored Summer, or both. These will yield a 15% discount on prep-packs sold with the promo code being used at checkout. The nominal amount on which the society will receive a kickback is also based on the amount of purchases made with the society's discount code(s).

You'll also get a number of completely free prep-packs (doored Spring and/or doored Summer) to distribute between society representatives.

Societies come of all shapes and sizes, as such we don't expect you to convert any explicit number of sales, however, we do expect you to market doored as the sole choice of provider to prepare for online assessments/job application testing.

Specifically, we expect doored to be marketed in an appropriate way during society events related to spring weeks/summer internships, especially at the start of the academic year. Examples might include:

• Spring week panels
• Summer internship panels
• Similar informative events

We don't want doored to be forced into your events in an intrusive way, a simple footer on the event slides or similar is sufficient. You will be provided with examples upon partnering.

Furthermore, we expect some form of social media announcement of the partnership. As the use of platform(s) varies, you are free to market doored on a platform of your suggestion. You are free to design this marketing material yourself, but pre-designed content and assets will be made available to you when the partnership starts.

The proccess of securing a partnership goes as follows:

1. Apply through this form
2. We'll get back to you with suggested terms
3. Once both parties are on board, you'll receive a simple partnership agreement to sign
4. You'll receive your promo code(s)
5. The codes are activated once an announcement post has been made

More about promo codes
Promo codes can be used an unlimited amount of times during a set period of time determined in the agreement. Once promo codes have been dealt out and activated, you are free to distribute and market these as you wish, but not allowed to commercialise them for any commercial use outside the scope of the negotiated kickback. For example, you should not offer arbitrage deals where the consumer receives only part of the promo code's discount and you keep the difference. Any such fraudulent use of codes allows doored to cancel the partnership, due affiliated kickback, and promo codes.

More about kickback
The kickback is freely negotiable between parties and set in the agreement. This gives you the opportunity to suggest marketing efforts beyond the standard scope of the partnership, and as a result, negotiate a better kickback. Examples of additional efforts and terms might include:

• Persistent links in social media bios and/or Linktree
• Guerrilla marketing (for example on-campus efforts)
• Custom social media content
• Performance bonuses, for example, "if we convert 50 prep-packs within 3 months, we want a higher kickback of x%"

Remember that kickbacks are offered as a means to further encourage organic and honest marketing of a product which we believe adds genuine additional consumer value compared to our competitors, whilst also supporting the great work of societies around the UK/Europe. As such, we encourage moral use of kickback payments, that is, proceeds would ideally be invested for the benefit of the society, but ultimately this is an issue for the society and its members.

In the event that your partnership includes a kickback, you'll receive payment and a report of your promo code usage at the end of every month.
