doored makes no warranties of any kind as to the results of the use of the materials on the website, or as to their correctness, accuracy, or reliability. This includes, without limitation, lost revenue or profits arising out of your use of, reliance on, or performance of the website.

doored maintains the right to schedule temporary system shutdowns for maintenance purposes. Unplanned shutdowns may also occur. doored shall not be liable for any resulting unavailability of the website, or loss of data caused by planned or unplanned system shutdowns, or for shutdowns by IP providers, problems with the internet infrastructure, or other external networks.

The feedback and exercises provided by doored contain material that can be used to prepare you for tests in connection with recruitment. Test reports are generated from the results of a questionnaire completed by you (the user). When interpreting this data, the subjective nature of the tests offered and their interpretation must be taken into regard. Test reports are generated programmatically by predefined algorithms, and doored assumes no liability for the consequences of the use of a test report.

doored with its functions for feedback and social interaction, provides users with the opportunity to post content to the website. doored does not necessarily agree with, sanction, support or endorse such content posted by users and opinions are the users’ own. Users are strictly prohibited from posting content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, malicious, libelous, pornographic or blasphemous. Including but not limited to postings that encourage or are inherently criminal, give rise to liability for damages, violate any local, national, or international statutes or regulations, or infringe any copyright or trademark. You agree that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, images, video, messages or other materials you post or transmit to a doored forum, whether posted publicly or transmitted privately, are the sole responsibility of you (the poster) and no one else. However, doored reserves the right, but not the obligation, to delete, move, or edit any content that violates the above restrictions, or that is otherwise deemed objectionable by doored, in doored’s sole discretion.

If you submit, post, or otherwise transmit content to the website, you agree that such content may be edited, removed, moderated, published, transmitted or displayed by doored in any medium, now known or hereafter invented, for any purpose, including commercial use. You also waive any moral or copyright rights in how such material is edited, removed, modifier or displayed, whether or not you agree with the appropriateness of such actions.

You agree to hold doored, its subcontractors, partners, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims or damages (including legal fees) that may arise as a result of your submitted content, from unauthorised use of materials from the website, from violation of the Terms of Service, or from any such actions arising as a result of your use of the website.

doored has the ambition to aid users in the process of preparing for spring weeks as a whole and as such doored recommends external services that users could further leverage to their advantage. doored believes these resources will benefit users, however, doored assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the advice or information provided by these resources, or for their claims, or content, services, products and advertising available on their websites, or for the functionality or availability of their websites.

You agree that any claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or your use of the website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable region’s contract law, and that such laws shall apply in full, and that any action based on or alleging breach of these Terms of Service must be brought in a regional court. You further agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such a court.

The prices displayed are subject to change with respect to local advertising law. The prices advertised on the aforementioned pages represent prices subject to current promotions and prevailing ECB exchange rates and do not reflect any potential offers you (the user) may have access to through partnerships with societies or other organisations.

If you are dissatisfied with the product, submit a refund request to one of the customer service emails above, including evidence of technical failure if possible and applicable. We will process your request and respond within 24 hours. You will be refunded in full to your original payment method if you have experienced persistent technical failure that is not related to temporary maintenance and for which you can submit evidence if the failure is not reproducible OR if a refund is required by local consumer law.

If you dispute a charge, we will investigate, respond, and if applicable submit evidence to your card issuer within 7 days. Fraudulent disputes risk resulting in account termination.

All sales are final due to the immediate digital delivery of this product. Your licence to doored constitutes a one-time-purchase, the licence being valid for 6 months. After 6 months your licence will expire, without follow-on charges or automatic renewal.

Neither discounts or promotional prices are offered for purchases of individual firm packages. Discounts and or promotions may be offered for doored Spring and doored Summer. Discounts and promotional prices apply only to first-time purchases. In the event that there is both an applicable discount and current promotion, the promotional price will be applied. Promotions, for example those related to society partnerships, are facilitated through promotional codes (also known as “promo codes”). doored reserves the right to terminate accounts acquired through fraudulent use of these promo codes.
